Kieran is a Cambridge, MA-based watercolor artist who creates cityscape paintings that capture the romance, movement, and texture of city life. She employs a blend of contrasting colors and balances impressionistic elements with details to infuse her work with depth and energy.

In 2019, Kieran made the switch to watercolor after previously working with pen, ink, and marker. This shift has allowed her to explore new ways of expressing her artistic vision of observing richness in everyday moments and places.

Kieran’s artistic training focused on figure drawing and architectural drawing, which are prominent features in her work, giving her cityscapes a sense of both humanity and structure. Her pieces celebrate the vivacity of city life, capturing the energy through color and detail in each image.
